I’m a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland with over 15 years of experience helping businesses and individuals navigate the complexities of tax and accounting. Originally from New Jersey, I moved to Baltimore in 2004 to attend Morgan State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

My career began in 2009 at CohnReznick, where I specialized in real estate and partnership taxation, eventually becoming a Senior Tax Manager. In 2018, I transitioned to M.L. Lichtenberg & Associates, LLC in Towson, Maryland, where I focused on providing practical, hands-on accounting strategies for small businesses and high-income individuals.

In 2015, I co-founded G&A Consulting Group LLC with my business partner, George Deal, to assist startup businesses with their financial needs. Recognizing the lack of accessible financial guidance for minority business owners, I also launched CPA Teaches LLC, a platform dedicated to increasing financial literacy. Through CPA Teaches, I empower business owners with the knowledge and strategies they need to achieve their goals.
